Information regarding property at Lake Chaparral, including the Hilltop area.
Lake Chaparral is a private lake community. Ownership of property within the subdivision automatically includes membership in the Lake Chaparral Property Owners Association (LCPOA). Only property owners (and their accompanying guests) are permitted to use the lake and common amenities.
Annual Assessment
Each lot is subject to an annual POA assessment of $125, which helps fund lake maintenance, dam upkeep, insurance, mowing, and general operations. All assessments must be current prior to any property transfer.
Rules & Covenants
Lake use, boating, fishing, camping, RV use, building requirements, and other activities are governed by LCPOA covenants and rules, which apply to all property owners.
Property Transfers
When purchasing property, the deed must be properly recorded with Linn County, and the POA must be notified so ownership records can be updated.
The Lake Chaparral POA Finances are professionally managed by Community Association Management (CAM) and also maintains an onsite lake office.
